2. Scope
This policy covers personal data we handle as controller — through our website (mwm.se), enquiries, marketing, events and recruitment. It does not cover data we process on behalf of our customers when they use Print365; that is governed by the data processing terms in the relevant customer agreement.
3. What we collect
- Contact and enquiry data you provide via forms or email (name, company, job title, email, phone, message).
- Event and marketing data such as event registrations and newsletter subscriptions.
- Recruitment data you submit when applying for a role.
- Technical and usage data such as IP address, device/browser information and cookie-based analytics.
4. Why we process it, and our legal basis
- To respond to enquiries and requests — legitimate interest, or pre-contract steps.
- To manage customer and supplier relationships — contract / legitimate interest.
- To send marketing communications — consent, or legitimate interest for existing business contacts, with opt-out.
- To run events and recruitment — consent / pre-contract steps.
- To operate, secure and improve our website — consent for non-essential cookies; otherwise legitimate interest.
- To meet legal obligations — legal obligation.
5. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are always active. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent, which you can manage via the cookie banner on our website (provided through HubSpot's cookie consent tool).
6. Who we share data with
We share personal data only where necessary, with the following categories of recipients:
- IT, hosting and cloud service providers;
- CRM, website, email and marketing tool providers;
- analytics providers;
- other companies within the Fluent Software Group / Valsoft, for administration and shared services;
- advisers, or authorities where required by law.
These providers act on our instructions under contract. We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
Where a provider processes personal data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on an EU adequacy decision or EU Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate safeguards.
8. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. In practice this means: enquiry and contact data for as long as needed to handle the matter and our relationship; marketing data until you unsubscribe or object; recruitment data for the recruitment process and a reasonable period after; and accounting records for seven years, as required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (Bokföringslagen).
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children.
