Print365 GO

What is Print365 GO?
Print365 GO is the foundation tier of Print365. It gives you live production tracking, paper and reel tracking, materials inventory and reporting in one place, so a single site printer can replace paper logs and disconnected spreadsheets from week one.
Who is Print365 GO built for?
You, if you run one plant and need a shared, live view of production, paper and materials before you take on planning, quoting or invoicing. Many customers start here and move up to PRO as their needs grow.
What is included in Print365 GO?
You get CopyTrack for live production tracking, ReelTrack for paper and reel tracking, Inventory 365 for materials and purchasing, and Data 365 for reporting: one shared view of your press floor instead of separate files that never quite agree. Production planning, precalculation and invoicing live in the PRO tier.
How long does it take to get Print365 GO running?
Most Print365 GO customers are live in weeks, not months. We start with a site analysis of your machines and production lines, then configure Print365 around your existing workflow rather than asking you to change how you work first.
Can I move from Print365 GO to PRO or Integrated later?
Yes. Print365 is modular, so upgrading means adding modules to your existing setup, not migrating to a new system. Your production data, job history and configuration carry over.
Does Print365 GO include reporting?
Yes, Data 365 ships as part of Print365 GO, with ready-made dashboards for production monitoring, so you always know where a job stands. For precalculation, invoicing and multisite planning, PRO is the tier to add.
Do I need new hardware to run Print365 GO?
CopyTrack uses counter units and a DCU on your production lines, installed as part of the project. Beyond that, Print365 GO is cloud based, so your team works through a browser on the computers you already have.
How much waste can a connected Print MIS actually save?
A 2025 study by Pingale and Altay found that a 1% reduction in press waste can improve margin by up to 34%, a result validated across 19 plants at BCCL, publisher of the Times of India. CopyTrack and ReelTrack, both included in Print365 GO, are what make that reduction visible early enough to act on.
Print365 PRO
See the full Print365 Pro page →
What is Print365 PRO?
Print365 PRO builds on everything in Print365 GO, live tracking, reel and materials management, and reporting, and adds the commercial spine: production planning, precalculation and quoting, and automated invoicing. You get one connected view from quote through to invoice.
What is the difference between Print365 GO and Print365 PRO?
Print365 GO covers live production tracking, paper and materials and reporting for a single site. Print365 PRO adds production planning across presses, precalculation and quoting, post calculation and automated invoicing, built for operations that need to plan and bill directly from production data.
Does Print365 PRO handle quoting and precalculation?
Yes, through PreCalculation 365. You quote from live cost data, following the same rules every time, and turn an accepted quote straight into a production order, no separate spreadsheet.
Can Print365 PRO handle more than one production site?
Yes. Production Planning 365 plans and schedules press and mailroom resources across sites, so plan versus actual is visible in one place instead of several disconnected instances.
Does Print365 PRO automate invoicing?
Yes. Invoicing 365 creates invoice drafts automatically from completed production data, with flexible pricing agreements and billing rules per customer, so invoices reflect what was actually produced.
What reporting comes with Print365 PRO?
Everything in Print365 GO's Data 365 layer, plus PostCalculation 365, comparing plan versus actual cost and revenue per job so you see real profitability, not just production output.
Does Print365 PRO support insert and publishing calendars?
No. Insert Calendar, Publishing Calendar and the customer portal are part of Print365 Integrated. PRO focuses on planning, precalculation and invoicing on top of the GO foundation.
How does Print365 PRO handle paper reel management?
Through ReelTrack, included from the GO tier onward, giving visibility into reel consumption, remnants and stock levels tied to actual production, so purchasing decisions are based on real usage.
Print365 Integrated
See the full Print365 Integrated page →
What is Print365 Integrated?
Print365 Integrated is the complete Print365 suite: production planning, post calculation, CopyTrack, ReelTrack, Inventory 365, Data 365, invoicing, insert and publishing calendars, and a customer portal, connected to your press floor and back office systems. It is built for printing groups that want one system to run the whole operation.
What machine and system integrations does Print365 Integrated support?
We develop integrations client specifically, based on proven interfaces and open standards, including JDF/JMF, OPC UA, REST APIs, and CSV based exchange. The right integration depends on your press and mailroom equipment, so we scope this together with you during a discovery workshop.
Can Print365 Integrated connect to my existing finance or ERP system?
Yes, Print365 Integrated is designed to sit alongside your finance and enterprise systems rather than replace them, exchanging data on invoicing, cost centers, and production output through defined interfaces. Exactly what is exchanged depends on the system on the other side, so this is scoped per customer.
Does Print365 Integrated include a customer portal?
Yes. Your customers can submit jobs, track status, and access relevant documents directly, which reduces the manual back and forth your team handles by phone and email today.
How much can Print365 Integrated reduce production waste?
That depends on your starting point, but the potential is significant. The Pingale and Altay (2025) study found that a 1 percent cut in paper waste can lift margins by up to 34 percent, validated across 19 plants at BCCL (Times of India). Print365 Integrated gives you the press level visibility, through CopyTrack, needed to work toward that.
Is Print365 Integrated suitable for multi plant, multi brand printing groups?
Yes, this is the tier built for exactly that: one Print MIS/ERP backbone across multiple plants and brands, with shared reporting and consistent processes, while still reflecting each site’s own equipment and integrations.
Can Print365 Integrated be rolled out in phases?
Yes. Most Integrated rollouts start with production planning and CopyTrack, then add invoicing, the customer portal, and deeper machine integrations in phases, so you see value early rather than waiting for one big go live.
How is Print365 Integrated priced?
Pricing depends on the number of plants, modules, and integrations involved, so we scope it together during a discovery call rather than quoting a fixed price upfront.
Integrations & Technology
What standards does Print365 use for integrations?
Print365 supports JDF/JMF for prepress and workflow data, OPC UA for machine level connectivity, REST APIs for system to system integration, and CSV for straightforward data exchange. Using open standards means integrations are built on proven interfaces rather than one off custom work.
Can Print365 integrate with my press control system?
In most cases, yes, though the specifics depend on your press vendor and control system. We scope machine integrations client specifically during discovery, based on the interfaces your equipment actually exposes.
Is Print365 cloud based?
Yes, Print365 is a cloud first Print MIS/ERP platform, delivered as a SaaS solution. That means updates, maintenance, and infrastructure are handled for you, so your team can focus on production rather than servers.
How secure is my data in Print365?
Your production and business data is hosted in a modern cloud environment with the access controls and infrastructure security you would expect from an enterprise SaaS platform. If you need specifics for a security review, reach out and we will walk through it with you directly.
Can I export data out of Print365?
Yes, core production, cost, and inventory data can be exported, commonly via CSV or through the REST API, so your reporting and finance teams are not locked out of their own numbers.
Does Print365 support near real time data from the press floor?
Some integrations provide near real time production data, depending on what your press control system exposes. We define exactly what is available together with you during integration scoping, rather than assuming one standard depth for every press.
Can Print365 integrate with third party BI tools?
Yes, data can be exported through the REST API or CSV, so you can feed Print365 data into BI tools you already use alongside Data 365.
Is there an API I can build my own integrations against?
Yes, Print365 exposes a REST API, so your own developers or partners can build integrations beyond what we deliver directly.
