Ringier Print Zofingen AG
This is Switzerland’s largest printing company with a yearly paper consumption of 77,000 tons. The plant prints using gravure as well as web offset. Ringier uses MWM CopyTrack in seven presses and 14 mailroom machines. The purpose is to retrieve comparable data and reports from all machines, in order to compare efficiencies in different parts of the operation.

Burda Druck
German Burda Druck is part of leading publishing house Hubert Burda Medias.
Burda Druck has some 1,400 employees across its four plants in Germany, Slovakia and France. The group regularly prints some 50 products, including magazines such as Bunte, Elle and Focus. Burda uses MWM systems for data collection and real time tracking of the production process.

Magdeburger Verlags- und Druckhaus
This publishing house is part of the German Bauer Verlagsgruppe group, and produces 17 local editions of the newspaper “Volkstimme” in a total circulation of 237,000 copies. The company uses MWM CopyTrack in its four KBA presses. The module is used to make the production management and coordination between press hall and mailroom more efficient.

Sanoma Corporation
This is one of the Nordic region’s largest printing companies, with key titles including Helsingin Sanomat (circulation 440,000) and Ilta Sanomat (220,000). The company has installed seven different MWM modules and tools. The main purpose is to coordinate analysis and process improvements across several plants in one single system. Mimer is a council run residential company, owned by the city of Västerås.
MWM Consulting assisted Bostads AB Mimer in purchasing debt collection services, according to chapter 6 in the Swedish law covering public purchasing, the “Lagen om Offentlig Upphandling”. Thanks to the purchasing, Mimer obtained quality guaranteed services at a competitive price. The competitive price directly affected Mimer’s cost reduction, and the saving equals 1.2 million SEK a year. In addition to mentioned savings, Mimer will receive 35% increased dividends on depreciated debts.
